Steve
on form in Germany!
Steve was on form at both Players Championships this weekend (22-23/03/08). He reached the last 32 on Saturday and the Quarter Finals at Sundays event, beating World no. 1 Raymond Van Barneveld along the way!

Saturday - 22/03/08
First Round: Steve played well and won 3-0 (sets) against Alexander Glatthorn in the first round on Saturday.
Last 64: He then met Tony Eccles in the board final who he defeated 3-2 in sets.
Last 32: In his third game Steve was defeated by World Number 1 Raymond Van Barneveld 3-0 in sets.
Sunday - 23/03/08
First Round: Steve started off Sunday's even in style, defeating Rico Vonck 3-0.
Last 64: He then was up against Frank Mast in the last 64 who he defeated 3-1 in sets.
Last 32: In his third game Steve was in superb form, defeating World Number 1 Raymond Van Barneveld 3-2 in sets, hitting a 10 dart leg to win the match!
Last 16: Steve continued where he left off against Raymond Van Barneveld, defeating Jamie Caven 3-0 in sets.
Quarter-Final: In the Quarter Final, Steve met Tony Eccles, who he defeated only the previous day, however it was Tony "The Viper" who won 3-1 in sets.
